JSC «EREC» performs its activity within the System of certification of equipment, devices and technologies (EDT) for nuclear installations, radiation sources and storages as the Certification Expert Center and Test Laboratory.

The major works performed by JSC «EREC» within the System of obligatory certification of EDT

JSC «EREC» experts took part in the following works within the System of certification of equipment, devices and technologies:

The Certification:

of the elements of an electric equipment complex of CPS of VVER-1000;
of pressure transducers TZIU 406;
of the measuring device GII-01D of the fuel failure detection system;
of data instrumentation device IU-174R07;
certification of fire control and indicating devices PPKP-01F;
certification of single-turn electric actuators;
certification of solid radioactive wastes burning plant, produced by AREVA (France) for the repair plant «Zvezdochka» (Severodvinsk).

Certification is a part of Russia’s state policy within the nuclear and radiation safety insurance and energy strategy.

JSC «EREC» accreditation as the Test Center
According to RF Government Order by 20 of June 2013 № 612 «Accreditation in the area of nuclear energy usage» the complex of documents for accreditation of JSC «EREC» as the Test Center performing confirmation of production compliance to requirements related to safety ensurance in the area of nuclear energy usage was prepared.
The scope of activity of JSC «EREC» Test Center includes the following types of equipment:
