From 2011 according to the Decree № 262 of 05.03.2011 «About organization of works on quality management in JSC «Rosenergoatom» Concern regarding to JSC «EREC»», the Division of Quality management and management of informational-analysis systems is operating.
In 2011 the Division has performed the works on preparation of divisions of the Headquarter and NPPs of JSC «Rosenergoatom» Concern for the quality management system (QMS) certification. The Division has organized JSC «Rosenergoatom» Concern's QMS certification in Certification Authorities ANCO «Atomcertifica» and TÜV Thüringen at the same year. The Certification Authorities has approved that the QMS of JSC «Rosenergoatom» Concern meets the requirements of ISO 9001, safety rules and regulations, IAEA Safety Requirements № GS-R-3, GS-R-3.1.
The Division performs works on data acquisition, verification and forming an information sources about quality of products delivered to operated and constructed NPPs of JSC «Rosenergoatom» Concern as well as data analysis and preparation of consolidated reports for JSC «Rosenergoatom» Concern and «Rosatom» State Corp. on monitoring of achievements in quality of products, suppliers logistics, work of manufacturers and authorized organizations. These works are being performed to ensure an information support of JSC «Rosenergoatom» Concern Quality Department in product (equipment, accessories, products, materials, spare parts) quality inspection, that are manufactured and delivered to operating NPP and under construction ones. Works are carrying out with application of the state-of-the-art informational technologies.
To meet the requirements of paragraph 5 of Rules and Regulations 090-11 «Requirements to Quality Assurance Programs in the Area of Applying of Nuclear Energy», the Division by the order of JSC «Rosenergoatom» Concern implements consideration, preparation of remarks and offers on updating of Quality Assurance Programs in organizations performing works and services on NPP equipment’s developing and manufacturing to Operator.
For the purpose of safety and reliability enhancement at NPP, enhancement of quality of equipment, products, accessories and semi-products manufactured and delivered for the needs of operating, constructing and designing NPPs of JSC «Rosenergoatom» Concern, the Division has developed, coordinated and arranged validity of the Organization Standards (OS) set that include Operator’s requirements to equipment used at NPPs’ power units.
At present the Division is carrying out maintenance and updating of OS.
